Login attempts exceeded.Please reload clent...Please help me anyone??

So guyzz am i the only one who is having this login attempts exceeded.please reload the client error?or is the server currently offline?Please some staff member quick reply

Reasons:
1 Ur network has problems try rebooting pc.
2 Server is down just be patient.

This is also happening to me and im not sure if the server is down. Darkness says he is having the same problem as me. Would be greatly appreciated if a member of staff could reply as soon as possible.
